If app doesn’t go through the synchronization process, first thing you need to check is 4G internet connection. If tablet is disconnected from network, perform Soft reset of the tablet.
The other problem that might occur is miscommunication between tablet and server. A note “unable to communicate with HOS server” will pop up. To bypass this issue, go to Roadside inspection mode, and then go back to the main screen by typing correct password. This will enable synchronization of your tablet.
Note: To avoid issues with synchronization, make sure that driver is logged out from the app before changing password on his account.
