VBUS signal is not available

If there is no VBUS signal available, or there is no strong signal showing in manual connection, it is necessary to restart PT box. The way to do it is to unplug all cables from VBUS and board computer, wait for 30 seconds and connect everything again. Truck engine must be turned off the whole time.
