Truck is not showing on Locations page

Hi,

If you can’t see certain truck on Locations page, please check if app on driver’s tablet is connected to VBUS device. You may also check GPS receiver setting for that truck and select VBUS device. If you still have trouble seeing that truck on Locations page, kindly contact our support department and they will be more then happy to help you.
